Account and acceptable use

Payment

Code delivery starts only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. Returning to the site alone does not confirm payment; check the payment status recorded on your order.
Product reviews
The store accepts a product review only from an account that purchased the same product and completed code delivery. The customer's first name and last initial are displayed, or 'Verified customer' when a name is unavailable.
A review must reflect the customer's real experience and must not include personal data, abuse, or unlawful content. We moderate it before publication and may reject it for these reasons, but we do not change the customer's star rating or wording and attribute the altered content to them.
Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the code is prepared from store-held codes or obtained from the supplier, depending on the product. It appears on your order page when preparation is complete. Instant delivery or a fixed completion time is not guaranteed; the delivery policy explains how to follow up on a delay.
Prices and availability
The supplier may change price or availability before a payment session opens. If supply stops after an approved payment, the case moves to review under the refund policy.
Card-provider restrictions
Before ordering, check that the voucher matches your account and country; its issuer may limit region, currency, or validity. The store does not cover incorrect use of a code that arrived valid.
