What happens after you order a digital card?

Follow the normal order journey from payment pending to the code in the buyer’s account, and distinguish delivery from redemption.

Quick takeaways

  • 1Creating an order does not confirm payment.
  • 2The code appears in your account once it is ready.
  • 3If the outcome is unclear, check with support before buying again.

01

1. Order created, payment pending

Creating an order records your selection; it does not prove payment. Review the amount and currency on the payment page and complete Binance Pay if the details are correct. Returning from the app alone does not establish a verified result.

02

2. Payment confirmed, code being prepared

Order preparation begins after the payment provider confirms success. Payment confirmed and delivered are different stages: a paid order may still be awaiting its code. Check any preparation time shown for the product when ordering, rather than assuming every product is delivered instantly.

03

3. Code available in the purchasing account

Sign in with the account that placed the order and open its details. The code appears there once ready. If you bought several codes, check the items and quantities rather than assuming that one visible code means every item is complete.

04

4. Delivery is not in-game redemption

For example, after receiving a PUBG 60 UC code, you still redeem it yourself through Midasbuy for the correct player account. The store delivers the code; it does not perform a direct UID top-up. A Binance Gift Card likewise needs redemption on the recipient’s Binance Global account, following its instructions.

If the order does not follow this journey

If payment is unclear or the code remains missing, use the troubleshooting guide. It connects the displayed state with the next action without placing a replacement order or paying again.
