Check the order status and gather the details support needs before paying again or placing another order.

Quick takeaways

  • 1Begin with the order page saved in your account.
  • 2Do not pay again until you know the outcome of the first transaction.
  • 3Give support the order reference and time while keeping login information private.

01

Identify the stage that stopped

Open the order using the purchasing account and compare its state with payment history. The delivery guide covers the normal journey; this guide covers exceptions. A delay alone does not establish that money was deducted or that the payment provider failed.

02

Case 1: payment outcome is unclear

If the order is awaiting payment or its deadline has expired but you believe you were charged, check Binance history. Do not pay again until the first transaction is resolved. Give support the order and payment references, time, amount and currency if the two states disagree.

03

Case 2: payment confirmed, code missing

Check each item, its quantity and the preparation time that was shown. Order items may not all complete at the same moment; do not apply one code’s state to every quantity. If the stated time has passed or the state is unclear, open a ticket from the order rather than buying again.

04

Case 3: code received, redemption rejected

This is a redemption issue, not delayed delivery. Check the service, account and region, and copy the code without extra spaces. Save the error text with the code hidden. Do not try alternate accounts or regions to bypass a restriction, and never post the code in a public review.

05

What to include in the ticket

  1. The order reference and affected item or quantity, rather than the whole order if only part is affected.
  2. The displayed state, the time of the last attempt and a payment reference if the issue concerns payment.
  3. The error text or a redacted screenshot; hide the full code, passwords and verification codes.
