Binance Pay is a payment method; Gift Card is a product
You may use Binance Pay to buy a PUBG code or a gift card for use with Binance Global. In both cases you review the order amount at payment; you do not enter a gift card code in place of completing payment. Review the card’s redemption instructions for the intended Binance Global account.

Before approving in Binance
Start on your order page in the store. Use the payment link or QR code shown there, not a link from someone claiming to be support. These instructions concern paying for an order; card redemption happens after code delivery.
- Match the order amount and currency against Binance. If they differ, do not approve; return to the order details.
- Review the recipient and displayed payment deadline. If time has expired or a review appears, follow the order status; do not treat it as success.
- After the transaction, return to the order and check payment confirmation. Keep the transaction reference for follow-up, not as proof of code delivery.

Paid, but the order is not confirmed?
Do not pay again to resolve conflicting states. Check Binance history and the order, then open a ticket with the reference, time, amount and currency if they still disagree. A screenshot or app return does not replace provider verification.

Share follow-up details, not login secrets
Support needs an order reference and a description of the problem, not your Binance password, verification code or login credentials. Hide the full card code and unrelated details in any screenshot. Buying another card or sharing its code is not a way to prove payment.
